Mezz floor: how much does it cost to get a mezzanine with an industrial balustrade?

Do you need more storage space? Or do you want to enlarge your showroom? A mezzanine floor with an industrial balustrade is a cheap way to increase the floor area.

An industrial balustrade is a robust handrail, developed and manufactured in our own workshop. A standard mezzanine floor with an industrial balustrade will cost you around 100 pounds per square metre. The big advantage is that a mezzanine floor retains its value. You can resell a mezzanine floor easily after a few years if you no longer need the space. Compare it with (temporarily) renting a new storage space or showroom. You will probably spend more per m2.

John Scott Works is part of an international group supplying industrial balustrades all over Europe. We have our own factory. Here we produce a wide range of cold-formed profiles. This enables us to provide the mezzanines and an optimal industrial balustrade solution for you.

Industrial balustrade: the advantages

The possibilities of a mezzanine with an industrial balustrade are endless. Whether you want to use it to enlarge your showroom or create more storage space, you'll definitely use your square metres more efficiently. When you are not sure if one level mezzanine is enough, you can consider to building a multi-level mezzanine floor.
